Find the Right Class

Swimming Programs by Type

Every swimmer is different. Browse lessons by program type to find the right fit, from a baby's first splash to adult lessons and competitive squads.

Baby & Infant Swimming Lessons

Baby swimming lessons are gentle, parent-in-the-water classes that help infants get comfortable and confident in the pool. The focus is water familiarisation, safe entries and exits, breath and float work, and turning the pool into a happy, calm place for your child.

Learn to Swim Lessons for Kids

Learn to swim programs take children from their first independent splashes to confident, safe swimming. Lessons are grouped into levels so your child progresses step by step: water confidence and safety first, then floating and kicking, then freestyle, backstroke and the other strokes.

Squad & Competitive Swimming

Squad swimming is the next step once a child can swim the strokes confidently. Squads focus on refining technique, building fitness and endurance, and, for those who want it, preparing for club swimming and competition. Sessions are longer and more structured than learn to swim classes.

Adult Swimming Lessons

It is never too late to learn. Adult swimming lessons cater for complete beginners, people who never had the chance to learn as children, nervous swimmers overcoming a fear of water, and confident swimmers who want to tidy up their strokes. Classes are patient, private or small-group, and judgement-free.

Special Needs Swimming Lessons

Adaptive swimming lessons make the water accessible for swimmers with additional needs, including physical, sensory, developmental and learning differences. Lessons are tailored to each person, often one-to-one, with teachers trained to adjust their approach, communication and environment so every swimmer can succeed.
